Sunday evening, August 10^th

6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall

Central United Methodist Church

This service will be devoted to meditation, contemplation and sharing our prayerful energy for Peace … through prayer, music and mindful awareness at a time when our energy is needed in many ways and in many places.

The reflection, “Change-Agents for Peace beginning with Me” – will be offered by Sue Perrin

We hope that you will bring a Friend or Two and join us as, together, we engage in the way of peace for ourselves, one another and for our world.

Sacred Traditions And Rituals invites you to join us as we gather for

 

Tranquility With Tea

a service devoted to quieting minds, opening hearts and soothing souls

 

Sunday Evenings at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall

 

July 13^th and August 10^th

 

In October 2013, S.T.A.R. began offering an additional service each month as well as expanding our service schedule through the summer months of 2014.  And, the spirit of our community has grown!!!

 

Perhaps you have had the opportunity to join our circle this year … for festive as well as calming gatherings and experiences.  If not, we invite you to experience the gentleness of ‘soul-gathering-refreshment’ – an act of kindness for body, mind and soul.  And, share a sweet & a sip of tea.

 

Reflections for our summer services will focus on sharing our prayerful energy in meditation and contemplation for greater compassion, loving care and the way of peace for ourselves, one another and our world.
