Blessing of Water
a service devoted to the sacredness of water
As part of this service, we will participate in a Ceremony of Blessing Water – in the Eastern Orthodox tradition with a S.T.A.R. twist!
At the end of the service, each of us will have an opportunity to fill small containers with the holy water.
As it is customary for this water to used in a way that invokes God’s blessing throughout the coming year.
And, as is our tradition, we will pass out our resolution STARS for the year ahead!
